Wow Division hype didn't even last a week.
Division was an interesting game to try and it's fun cause it's all new. But Destiny is here to stay.
We still have not seen a Destiny killer yet. All most of us are doing are just taking a break from Destiny. We'll be ready though when the new content comes out.

2 RepliesFrom what I've heard division and destiny are a lot more alike than people admit. A bunch of bullet sponge enemies, and bosses are just larger versions of regular enemies, you're still expected to re play the missions over, but you don't have to just like in destiny. The story is not immersive like destiny in some people opinion leaving you just like how destiny was where you didn't know what was actually going on other than just running and shooting through missions like destiny. Overall I hear the division is a hybrid between destiny and fallout 4.

9 RepliesBungie is all ready killing destiny. The division is a very fun game and has been received very well by the gaming community. Im sure as hell having fun! And thats all matters to me. If bungie doesnt learn from the division, which has capitalized on everything where bungie has -blam!-ed up, bungie will see destiny do worse and worse when all of the other titles(gears,titanfall,halo wars 2 ect.) come out.

Nothing is going to kill destiny, I don't even know what "kill" is supposed to mean here. If you mean that people will stop playing it then it's doing a pretty good job of killing itself.

25 RepliesJudging on both games launch, Division is definitely a better game. In Destiny you had 4 planets with 4-5 missions that lasted 10-15 minutes while in Division there is so many missions that i cant even count, some of them lasting over 30 minutes. On RPG side Division blows Destiny out of the water.

Before division, I always still had some interest in destiny. I now have no interest in this game. Only checked the forum if people were feeling the same way.

1 ReplyGood to know the same types of posts will always be in circulation here. Can we all accept that destiny will go through lulls in content and people will get bored, bungies lack of communication with the community is off-putting and driving people away, and if you don't like crucible you really only have the raid to do. That being said, when destiny drops a new dlc a ton of people will come flocking back (myself included) On another note, I'm 20 hours into the division, I've clearly only scratched the surface, and I haven't laughed while playing the whole time since halo2. Plus, beating a difficult level with your team of 4 is soooooo much more satisfying than my oryx completion I've ever been a part of. Enjoy more than one game, you don't have to get a face tattoo of the destiny logo to pledge allegiance.
