You must've had some pretty shit versions of all of those.. Especially pumpkin pie and tamales... Lasagna is a hit or miss. I make it fantastic, but I've had some that made me want to cringe. If you've had 100% authentic tamales I don't know how there could be complaints, and pumpkin pie is... Well... Good but I don't personally like it and would rather have other pies, but I can stomach it.
