Yes, you can. Last time I did it was this way.

To 3-man it? Only if you're very knowledgeable and good at manipulating the mechanics. But a team of 290s could easily do it.

You could. But that light level doesn't have anything to do with it. Not how damage works in destiny. Essentially, 3 180 guardians do and take the same damage as 290 guardians. But it is possible for sure.

170 light in year 2 is equivalent to 34 light in year 1. You guys can do it

1 ReplyYes I reckon so if all 3 of you had SGA for atheon oracles that would make it much easier so whoever gets teleported will be able to burn the oracles quickly.

I can/ will carry anyone at lvl 25 or higher through VoG hard mode. Let us not forget when we as a community completed this in vanilla at lvl 25-27. We are now exponentially stronger and if you have 290 light, you are lvl 40 obviously.

If your just level 40, you're already OP in the Vault. You see... [spoiler]Vault goes off of actual level, not light, and its level minimum is 26[/spoiler]

100-170 light should be bare minimum.

Also bring a hunter to go invisible for Gorgon's Maze (kick the rest of the fireteam, they can re-join later). Lastly for Atheon make sure to bring some warlocks so you can push him off the ledge or put your best 3 relic runners in the back so they get teleported. [spoiler]lol all cheese strategies from y1, and yes I know some are patched now[/spoiler]

Well 2 level 30's 2 manned it way back,I'm sure you'll be fine.

Yeah bro just push the templar off the map and the remember that that the 3 people furthest from Atheon get teleported and you'll be golden.

Back when level 30 was the cap, it was 2 manned. You can most definitely 3 man it if you know what you're doing and have a sunsinger.
