Don't be rude to anyone, let alone people who were picked to help you. You are not worth losing mentor privileges over don't feel so entitled that someone will go out of their way to be rude to you. EDIT Just because you don't like the answer doesn't mean it's not the right one or it's a "rude" reply since you don't like it. I linked to the post where OP felt a mentor was being rude....

11 RepliesThat mentor wasn't rude to you in anyway, however if you would like to message a Bungie employee you would do it how you normally message anyone else. There is no guarantee you will receive a response, though.
