What difference would a new race make aside from being cosmetically different? Wouldn't really care, honestly.

I just feel that a race would end up being merely a cosmetic choice much like the initial three. Something for the player base to create their own fiction (role play) rather than sincere effort on the dev's part. But that is just my opinion =\
