3 of coins
Hay Bungie... was wondering if you had nerfed these a bit or are they glitches with the new exotic coming in.
I have burned maybe 25ish and still no exotic.. have tried 1 at a time and in the last three strikes multiple coins upto 5.
Still nothing..
Anyone else notice this?

Well I have gotten an exotic every 4-12 Three of coins bro, it's simple for me since I have a tactic

They work for me at least half of the time. One or 2 Exotics, every day. Level 12 Gate Lord on Venus when I login and before I logout. Maybe Ultra Knight on the Dreadnaught sometime in between. No more than 5 coins used in a day. If I was still hard farming for Exotics, I'd split my 3oC across all characters, and just do the Gate Lord once, switch characters, do it again, repeat. (The timer resets when you logout/change characters)

Just luck. The general concensus is if you are grinding strike bosses pop it right before you face it or kill it. There is a timer on it so you can't spam it. I would wait to use 3 coins though because they are adding more exotics into the loot table in December.

Do not use more than 1 at a time. It does nothing but waste the coins.

2 RepliesI did same last week, about 25 for nothing. Today iv'e gotten 5 engrams for 28 Problem is they were all Helm enrams. And every single one was turned into the Helm of inermost f@c$ing light, just like to one i was wearing. It's Bungies way of making sure you're properly milked for cash before you get really pissed of and go play Fallout 4.

4 RepliesI pop a 3oC when I start my first strike boss then pop one every third strike. Before the last update I was reliably getting an exotic drop every other 3oC. This past week it has decreased to one drop for every 7-8 coins. I understand it is a chance but still frustrating. Oh well... RNGesus doesnt like me much anyways.

I went through 35 the past 2 days and got 2 alpha lupi's, sky burners annex, and jade rabbit. Needless to say, I already had multiples of each. Disappointing.

Yesteday I farmed 25 coins and got a 310 Jade Rabbit and 3 helmets. All 310. I am 311 on my titan. I never use more than one at the time. And I dont believe in cool down time.

Honestly I think that last hot fix did something to the toc. I haven't had an exotic drop in about 20 + coins. Night fall, strikes, ultra knight, taken, cabal, hive champions...nothing.
