Dragon's breath. The flare did just as much damage as pre-nerf gjallarhorn. But the problem was, it didn't have tracking, and it was near impossible to keep an enemy from moving out of the flare. But now with the taikonaut, the tracking problem is resolved, and it is usable in the raid because warpriest, golgoroth, and sisters dont move that much! Who is excited?!!! I am!

Touch of Malice for sisters, everything else doesn't even come close. Golgoroth needs to be hit in the crit spot. I can only see use for it in the raid on Warpriest, but I can't imagine it outdamaging Black Spindle (granted if you hit all crits).

I'm interested

I still hate it. Almost all enemies can just walk right out of the flame. Still has no grenades and horseshoes so even with tracking you'll miss everything that is in mid air or at close range, and I REALLY don't like the idea of me having to use one exotic to make another exotic good
-
6 RepliesActually could see this wrecking golgoroth with a tether.
-
Dragons breath is one of my favourite exotics! It's going to be a beast now
-
Only one class can make good use of it so gimmie jelly instead

5 RepliesIf your using dragons breath on any of those parts your an idiot a team of black spindle do a hell a lot more damage
-
Might be a little close for golgoroth. War priest though!
-
Thought of this when taikonaut was revealed
-
So it's sorta ghally only on the titan only if he has has taikonaut on. Um..... Nice try but I don't think so. Barely used it year 1 and don't plan on using it year 2. Now mida on the other hand. She is going to be my precious and I will never let her go
-
lol idiot

Actually, Dragons breath did more damage than gjallarhorn, but you couldn't ever tell because of how much an enemy would move around. I do believe that Warpriest, sisters and Golgoroth will all be pretty weak to it, and I'm absolutely sure that we'll see a huge jump in its usage.

Edited by Vrchue: 11/22/2015 4:17:31 AMBut they said they might change the perks and stats soo it might not be the y2 ghorn
-
3 RepliesNot really since most bosses actually would move away from the flare but it would be good if the boss chooses to stay on that spot
-
It puts out more DPS. I known this since year 1 when I destroyed two of the Devil Walker's leg in one shot.
-
13 RepliesYou'll force warpriest to move. Sisters is definitely there but you could just use Malice. Why oryx? Lol
-
Year one ghorn is still op over all year 2 rockets
-
2 RepliesBait title, I hate you
-
I'm sure they'll limit just how much chaos it can cause, sadly
-
Not nearly as useful as the wolf pack rounds. Those are what truly made g horn the beast that it was.
-
2 RepliesIt won't do shit for dmg to them...... and comparing it to Ghorn is appalling.....

1 ReplyEdited by Swiftlock: 11/21/2015 11:08:23 PMIt's useable, but there's little chance of it being superior to Black Spindle/Touch of Malice in the raid. Plus, most other bosses are resistant to Shadowshot slowing them down, so they can simply move away from the solar flare before it does a decent amount of damage. Not really something I'd blow an exotic slot for. It'll be a fun gimmick weapon, but I really don't understand why people are claiming it'll be amazing and overpowered.

Well since I can only hold about 5 rockets I don't care that much. I guess if you couldn't get spindle for the raid get a tiny bit excited. Titans only
