Nightfall Reward Changes Tomorrow
Tomorrow morning, a new patch is going live that will include changes to Nightfall rewards. In order to benefit from these new changes please refrain from playing the Nightfall until after the patch goes live.
As usual, we will try to deploy around 10am PST. These won't be the only changes. Stay tuned here on Bnet, or on our [url=https://twitter.com/Bungie/]Twitter[/url] for more updates.

2 RepliesCompleted Nightfall solo couple of hours ago. Rewards: 10 Three of Coins (Now I have 98) 2 Motes of Light (Now I have 367) Nightfall is obsolete, bring the rep buffs and the flame, only then it'll be worthy of my time.

No XP boost anymore, any you never actually increased the XP everywhere rise like you said you would. A 10% increase for legendary, woo -blam!-ing woo. Did you remove the 1 mote of light people would get? What about increasing the exotic chance? What about an in--blam!-ing-game LFG board so people don't have to go out of the game they're playing up find people! So people don't have to wait around for 40 minutes when someone in a raid drops out, or spend an hour searching the forums trying to gather 6 people. This was pathetic. Knew it wasn't gonna be anything worth while. Edit: oh, and because you have the loot table a 10% increase, you too away the boss' chance at dropping legendaries too. You -blam!-ing make me sick bungie.

1 ReplyI just got a 291 ghost shell. That's it, a ghost shell. My hunter i was playing on is a 296. It's the worst drop i've had since TTK. You have no idea how disappointed i am. I don't even know why Bungie would let something so shitty even be an optional drop.

2 RepliesThe nightfall is obsolete and will remain that way bungie till you decide to make nightfall like it was in year 1. Give us incentive to want to do it. As of now 290 gear is junk! Get that straight through your heads. Stop making tweaks and minor adjustment here and there and finally just give the community what we want. We payed you for it after all. Then you change the nightfall so badly that it doesn't even get done anymore. I avoid it cuz it's a waste of dam time. You nerfed all drops no more weekly buffs. And no only 290 drops and no legendary drops at the end. Can you say screwing you fan base? How about this. Bring the nightfall back to year one with chance of exotics a weekly buff and good drops. And maybe you'll stop getting crapped on bungie! You have taken so much from US in year 2 yet charged us Double for the expansion. That doesn't seem right. Pay double yet take half of the fun away. Bungie keep it up and soon enough you'll have lawsuits on your hands. People pay you and xbox live to play this game. Yet you make it unenjoyable break things by trying to fix them. I will take time out of my busy schedule of bitching and complaining to provide some constructive criticism: How about on strikes we get a special playlist were we can make a custom playlist select level and select strikes also possibly be able to specify a burn or even better a random burn/modifier sometimes beneficial sometimes so very very wrong. Also the usual we need a new harder difficulty for VoG and Crota (I guess Skolas too but Skolas sucks).

Can't complain really I gotta 310 knucklehead I've already got 1 in the vault I would of preferred the shadestep helm coz it's the last exotic armour but still the best drop I've had since the 1st NF when I got Telesto at 290
