No brainer. Any Guardian would win, since they all possess space magic and Batman simply has gadgets. Of course, Batman does have much better training and way better reflexes. But here's my reasoning... Batman is trained in pretty much every useful martial art, and made to tank blows that would knock a regular man out. His assortment of gadgets rivals that of Link's, which is to say he has a sh*tload. However, he doesn't exactly have magic down. See, any of nine possible Guardians facing Batman always has the advantage for a multitude of reasons. Put simply, Arc and Solar can screw up Batman's gadgets so he'd depend on physical attacks or trickery, and Void would... Well, I'm not even sure about that. I'll cover the stuff that we are all easily aware about and possibly cover Void later. Arc, lightning, electricity- Whatever you name it, it's the same thing. As we all know, most of Batman's gadgets run on electricity. His vehicles, his batarangs, his... Well, I'm not a Batman fan, but you get the drift. Another thing we know is that any electric device can short out or burn up, causing it to go bad or even explode. Put very simply, these subclasses would wipe the floor with him with one grenade, Arc Bolt being the obvious one. Solar is a little more tricky, but same in principle. A hot enough fire can melt electric devices, and as both fire and electricity are the same state of matter you can understand they both conduct through metal just as well. Fire can do just what electricity can, but from the outside and in a much more explosive way. Batman's speed has its advantages here, but his darkness is rendered useless and his martial arts worth nothing if he can't get close. Void... Eh, what can I say? I have not the slightest clue what Void is capable of, but from what we know it's easy to think Batman would be dead if he set foot near a Void user. Overall, Batman just isn't set up to deal with magic quite like what Destiny has.

If I as a guardian can beat Skolas, Atheon, and Crota, Batman doesn't stand a chance.
