Create a useless perk
Saw a thread like this a while back
Anyway rules are it needs to be useless and not in game (yes I know mulligen is bad but be creative)
For example full auto on a rocket launcher
Nice shot: shots that missed deal extra precision damage
Yes we all know shank burn is bad, be creative
Final round on a throwing knife

1 ReplyRambo - equip this primary weapon as a secondary weapon Actually kinda like this perk. But you would sacrifice another perk to get it... So you'd have an underpowered weapon in theory. But this would give someone the option of going with say: TLW or HL for close range, and throwing a scout with single point sling or quick draw maybe under slot two for the long range engagements...

Perk on an exotic weapon: Your grenades deal no damage while this weapon is equipped (flashbang and suppressor grenade still work... Incendiary grenades and warlock grenades still light people on fire) I would think this would stack interestingly with a double grenadier type perk

exotic warlock perk Last laugh When you are killed by an enemy Melee attack, you curse them causing small DoT for 5 seconds, as well as slowing their movement speed. I would love to see people dying as a result of punching me in the face. This perk may be better served under Titan, BuT I think a "curse" probably makes more sense under Titan or Hunter ..

Giant empty shell: This rocket launcher has no blast radius. This rocket over penetrates targets. I would ge interested to see how this would function :p

armor perk- Soldier A: getting shot by any weapon will cause a bleed out (DOTs until death) Stormtrooper: all rounds fired will always miss their target at all ranges
