Purifier Robes
[b]Did you get the Purifier Robes and what character did you decrypt your engrams on?[/b]
I spent around 250 motes on my Warlock and didn't get them, I did however get significantly more Hunter and Titan chest pieces than I did for my actual Warlock.
After seeing mixed responses from others regarding success at obtaining Purifier Robes through this week's chest engrams, I'm wondering if there's any weighting associated to the class which engrams are decrypted on or whether it is completely random.
Please bump to raise awareness.

Bought 3 from Xur on my Hunter and got Titan Crest, HoPF with 149 intellect and purifier with like 80 something strength and discipline. Pretty happy with master Rahool right now lol

There's not. I blew 600 motes at least trying to get them between my Warlock and Hunter. Eventually got it on my Hunter but it's all random

3 RepliesI got mine from a nightfall the day the DLC dropped. It's all rng man, I spent over 600 motes rolling for the ram and never got it. Now, more importantly, what does the effect actually do in PvP? I've never been on the receiving end. I've heard some people say it reverses your controls, but I don't know if they were serious or trollin'. tl;dr does it flash-bang you or invert your controls?

1 ReplyTried 6 times with my lock got lucky raspberry 4 times and 2 titan armors. Hit it once with my hunter and got the purifier robes. Cryptarch loves giving you shit for other classes.

I try to decrypt multiples at a time, believing that helps. Not sure but did 5 this am and got one

Well that was misleading. I assumed you meant to have that on Hunters and Titans. Read the top of the post. Realized Hunters and Titans wouldn't be able to have that. Selected bottom answer.

12 engrams, or 276 motes is what it took to get my Purifier Robes I consider that a bargain heh The Ram ... I got on my first try and nothing manacles were sold by Xur :)

2nd engram on my Hunter. I think it's fair though, when he sold the helmet engram it took me 11 to get Celestial Nighthawk.

I only get warlock items when I open engrams on my hunter. When I open engrams with my warlock I only get gear for a titan. I don't have a titan yet but when I start one I'll have just about every exotic for the class as well as legendary gear to make an instant jump to 33 from 20.
