I'm level 32 in 70 hrs are you day ones annoyed at how easy it is now?
As the title says I managed level 32 in 70 hrs how hard was it to get to highest level (before crota) for you day oners
Edit 1 a lot of people seem to think I'm goading them here...It was a genuine question how hard was it before the dlc to get to top level?

Have I been carried through the game or is is 70 hrs a long time to complete as I keep getting negative comments on both lol surely it's one or the other ha ha
Bloody hell I have just gotten a new chest peice on my warlock with intellect my other one didn't have intellect so iv been doing the bounties to level it up lol

1 ReplyEh, don't really care. Maybe it took me forever to reach lv 32 but it doesn't mean that everyone needs to take as long as I did. That's selfish and dumb. Good for everyone who leveled up all the way in two minutes, I guess.

1 ReplyCool. It's not hard to reach light level 32 now. Now doing VOG that was hard because for some of us the gear needed would never drop. I'm glad that gated content is getting the boot. But being a higher level just enables you to be raid ready. No big deal.

Things are easier now of course and will probably get easier in HoW, they are splitting the hardcore folks from the casuals a bit. ToO is not something to flippantly do like Iron Banner. Wether or not PoE is going to be a challenge remains to be seen. But everyone can get etheric light now and hit 34 with vendor gear. Though it seems that getting to/being at level cap is more of a expectation now than something you have to work for ([i]edit: you still have to work for it, but getting to 34 is a soloable achievement[/i]). Which is fine, so long as there is still a reason to grind for things after you cap. I know several people in my clan want to ToO gear for the aesthetics alone, I couldn't care less really. I do like some of the PoE gear though, but is it really going to be better than my upgraded VoG/CE gear? I'll wait to see how things pan out, but I'm guessing that we will have additional incentive to get new gear, even if the light level/attack is the same.

1 ReplyLol the way you asked that question, it doesn't sound like you were just asking an honest question, sounds like you were trying to make people mad.. But congrats! Reaching level 32 isn't much of an achievement these days and it will probably be even easier once HoW releases, the real victory is collecting all the good weapons and armor. Good luck getting that without play 500+ hours.

here is a non hate filled summary of what i did to get to max level day 1 - played through campaign in about a day got g-horn an hour after release, got to level 20 after 2 days, started raiding when i was level 27 took me 3 months to get all three of my characters to level 30 crotas end DLC - free level 31 armor cheep first raid experience had gotten everything done in the raid in about 20 mins after it launched and could not complete it due to level 31 necessity at the time, took me month and a half for all three of my character to be max HOW DLC - we will see

Ok so you absolutely got carried. Like so much carrying. Level 30 through VoG was insanely hard. Like I'm not even kidding I went like 8 runs before I got VoC and still haven't seen a helmet drop.

3 RepliesWell once raid was a available I hit 30 after 3 runs which took me a total of 15 hours when i made my titan and leveled hom and played fresh hard raid, he had every piece of raid gear, in one run, which i found annoying so he was max after about 25 to 30 hours, because i already had all the mats

Nope. Us day 1 players have most if not all exotics and raid weapons. You still got a lot of grinding to do while we sit back and take it easy ;)
