EDIT:
After much hate and arguement, here's to what I've experienced in the CRUCIBLE using ALL 3 Characters. If you don't like this, DON'T COMMENT. I don't want to waste my time replying to EVERYONE that hates this post. If you don't agree, go outside and punch someone or something.
Does it not get boring being the over-powered classes in the game? I've been a Warlock since Day One of the Beta back in the summer of 2014. I've also tried my hand at using the Hunter and Titan classes as well....
Just know I've used ALL 3 CLASSES and maxed their stats with another profile.....
Warlocks:
Most balanced class in the Crucible. Yes.... We have grenades that track, melee from a distance, and even a quick revive from death.
Reasons we're under-powered compared to the other classes:
-When launching Nova Bomb, we're still vulnerable when firing off. We can die in mid air after launching the bomb, but can ONLY get a small amount of health back if we actually kill someone with it. We can even kill ourselves using the Nova Bomb, just like blowing yourself up with a rocket.
-Melee from a distance is great, but doesn't kill someone with one hit, compared to Titan's Storm Fist or Hunter's Throwing Knife.
-Self revive is a great opportunity to get revenge on the person that just killed you. Plus, you can throw grenades faster and and have a bonus shield when Radiance is active, or even support teammates with less cooldown on grenades and melee.
-Grenades: 2 of them track people, 2 of them explode and create a vortex of doom/miniature sun, 1 can stick to you and instant death, and 1 scatters to disorient/take out health from you for a brief second.
So it seems Warlocks are the most balanced of the 3. They're tanks in PvE because of Fireborn, making you solo thos nasty Nightfall Strikes!
Hunters:
You guys are my second choice. I have never had a major problem with these guys, but for the Crucible, there's a different story.
-Gunslinger gives you a throwing knife which can be thrown and kill someone from 30+ feet away, compared to Warlock's 5 feet.
-You also get not 1, BUT 2 offensive subclasses which are both boss, but can make you overpowered to a Warlock. The only time I can kill a Hunter when you use Gunslinger super or Bladedancer super is if I Nova Bomb you or revive myself to get revenge.
-You get a shield/health gain for each kill with the Bladedancer super, making it harder for you to kill, especially when your too hard to hit when moving so fast.
-Gunslinger super gives you 3 shots from a flaming pistol. But whenever I face someone like you, they usually fire off between 3-6 shots, and yes, I said 6. It's not because I'm TROLLING, but because I play this on both the XB1 and 360. I see it more often on the 360 due to hackers or there's just bad lag in a game. Can be an easy fix BUNGIE! If you don't believe me, go on Youtube. I bet you will find SOMETHING similar to this.
-Blink Strike is like the Warlock's melee distance. You see your target from about 5-10 feet away and melee the person from a distance, occasionally killing him/her.
-Grenades: THAT DAMN SENSOR GRENADE can kill yourself if you're not careful.....
So Hunters can take out Warlocks all day as long as you are quick and agile when facing guys that can say a few magic words and blow your face off.....
Titan:
Yes. You're the "TANKS" of the Crucible. But, I would say more like tanks made from Diamonds. You guys aren't the fastest or the best recovery, but you guys make the Hunter look like a small spider you find in your bedroom. Just slam the hell out of that thing until it's dead.
-Fist of Havoc (FoH) is ridiculous. This is why I originally loved the Titan. You see someone taking your flag, slam the hell out of that player until he/she goes running home to mommy. Problem is, you can't kill a Titan when he activates FoH. I've tried. Many times and failed.
-Storm Fist. If you can kill a Titan when he DOES FoH, watch out for a sprinting Titan. He will drop kick you so hard that it'll MAKE you go back to playing Halo.
-Defender. The bubble shield they create is impenetrable, at least for your weapon fire. The only way to destroy it is using supers, or being dumb enough to kill the Titan sitting inside doing a jig while laughing at you from a distance. I've attempted to kill a Titan while he sits in his shield.... By using a rocket. After killing myself and taking out a part of his health, you can still get revenge if you revive yourself as a Warlock when the shield disappears.
-Grenades are so deadly that some can kill you if stuck to you, ahem, Lightning Grenade or Stun Grenade.
So it seems Titans are truly tanks in the Crucible......
Overall:
I prefer Warlocks. They remind me of the times back when Reach was a thing (or still is). I love the glide, self revive, and Nova Bomb (that is, if I can ever hit someone with it...).
Hunters are fast, agile, and make us Warlocks stay on our toes. They can clean a room of enemies in the time it takes you to sneeze.
Finally, Titans are the ones which everyone picks because they lead each and every game in the Crucible with a literal Iron Fist.
So if you left a hate comment or reply, please go and remove your comment and throw it back into the Void for the darkness to consume. You'd be a true guardian if you did so, because guardians don't gang up on one guardian they don't agree with. (Why do you think there are so many enemies of the dark? Because hateful guardians.)
THANKS FOR READING!
Edit 1:
Kinda sad I'm still getting hate mail/comments. If you were smart enough, you'd get rid of the hate. This is why Bungie doesn't like many of you players, because it takes an entire community to bring down ONE player. Ya'll haven't affected me one bit. Kinda sad that you all waste your time throwing hate messages towards someone you DON'T EVEN KNOW. GROW UP!
Edit 2:
Been playing as the Hunter in the Crucible. My thoughts exactly. They ARE overpowered to Warlocks. EVEN after seeing Warlocks self-reviving, I'd still wreck them back to the grave. Bladedancer, complete. Gunslinger, in progress. Bladedancer can't compare to Gunslinger. Golden Gun can DESTROY enemies, even with 3 shots. I was wrong about the 5-6 shots. MAYBE it was a lag problem when I did play against players, (IT CAN HAPPEN, BUT ONLY WHEN BAD CONNECTIONS OCCUR). But a recent game I played on the Anomaly Map, I realized this is a fun class because of the Gunslinger. I had Thorn equipped, destroying guys and getting MULTIPLE kills at once. Then came out Golden Gun, never missed a shot. I went on a 10 kill streak within the first 3 minutes of the game. BUT, I want a challenge. THIS IS WHY I'M A WARLOCK! I may not be the wisest, (AS YOU ALL SAY WARLOCKS ARE), I may not be the best, I may not be the strongest or the fastest, BUT AVERAGE. Don't believe me? Go check my stats as a Hunter. EVEN after a few games, this is the reason why I don't play as a Hunter. The majority of players play as TITANS and HUNTERS. Played a match today, WE HAD 3 Titans, 2 Hunters, and 1 Warlock. THIS IS HOW IT WENT FOR A FEW GAMES. If you were to NERF one thing off the Hunter, I'd say give the Golden Gun LESS accuracy & Arc Blade loses "Hungering Blade." We don't have that as a Warlock. If you were to NERF the Warlock, Nova Bomb has smaller explosion but fires faster OR throws slower and bigger explosion & Radiance loses extra shield when you self revive yourself. (I'll get to the TITAN class when I've finished upgrading Gunslinger.)

I have no idea what you're talking about. I started as a hunter. I was a hunter in beta. I was a hunter until I got level 30 (before TDB) Then I started a Titan (cuz legendary engrams give me stupid Titan armor). I messed around with that for a while and then started a warlock. Sunsinger to be specific. I am absolutely loving this class. I might switch to warlock as my main. I feel as though the classes are very balanced.
