So if you haven't done VoG yet you pretty much never will.
Literally no one will take anyone who isn't experienced. So if you haven't done it yet and want to well sucks to be you.
BECAUSE TEXT IS HARD TO CONVEY SUBTLEY: I think this is shitty behavior for people who act this way.

Boomstar, Just build your own group. Go to DestinyLFG.net/com whtaever it is and start inviting people there are 100's of people posting every minute LFG. Just built it. The average person wants to be invited not take the time to build the group.

Learned my lesson in WoW, if you fall behind the community, you get left struggling to catch up as most people running it would rather spend the time finding someone with experience than teach you. I never did catch up in WoW. It's also why I think raid really needs matchmaking. With a selectable checkpoint that you must unlock. I'm sure tons of shitty groups would be formed. But at least people could tackle it and learn the fights. Heck Id like matchmaking just for myself. I spent upwards of 2 hours last night just sitting in orbit messaging people for groups. Lucked out last night with an awesome group, but I've gotten just as shitty groups doing this as any matchmaking I've done.

I haven't finished raid all the way yet but everyone I've grouped with has been more than patient in explaining fights to people that are new. Yes there are assholes out there but for the most part the xb1 Destiny community has been very amicable.

So you're wrong, Anyone can complete the raid, just don't give up. The raid really isn't that hard once you learn it.

Luckily, though I haven't beaten VoG, I got to the final boss, so I pretty much know how it's all done. That said, it's not like it takes too much time to explain. The hard part is coordinating everyone.

2 RepliesThey need to fix the bug at the end of the VOG. Did it last night with my clan and was stuck at the zero timer. All i got for a reward was the white shader and energy shards 😞
