So if you haven't done VoG yet you pretty much never will.
Literally no one will take anyone who isn't experienced. So if you haven't done it yet and want to well sucks to be you.
BECAUSE TEXT IS HARD TO CONVEY SUBTLEY: I think this is shitty behavior for people who act this way.

Every time I join a fireteam the leader asks everyone if they've done it before and if so what position you have played. Many still haven't played the vault, and many are very much aware of it.

I'll play with anyone who hasn't finished the VoG or who has never played it. You just need to be 27+, have a mic, know how play well with others and follow directions. Also don't have an unreasonable amount of background noise in your mic, or I may kick you. Not to be mean, but I don't want to subject myself to that.

Hard to generalize your experience with not being able to do the VoG. As long as you aren't under leveled and can aim, finding a group isnt a problem. As I'm sure others have suggested. Checkout destinylfg websites. Either .com or .net. You're bond to get a few messages. Everytime I've done the raid it's been with others that haven't beaten it before. Now they all know the tactics I've learned from others. PS4? I'm raiding tonight after work.

We are considering running a raiding service 3 or 4 times a week where we take a pair of our experienced friends and 1-2 new players 27+ (might allow 1 26 with a good oracle shooting weapon like Sorros) through the raid and teach it to them. we would like to grow the number of raid capable and well geared people and get them to 30 so we can run a hard raid service in a week or two:) please BOTH pm me here AND friend me on psn. mid 20s+ please. if anyone who already raids wishes to raid with their alts. please do the same and I will consider you for the second experienced group.

I mean me and my friend take whoever we can get LOL it isn't hard to learn and takes 60 seconds to explain each part, so experience doesn't matter all that much

Problem is many people cant handle simple directions, and the majority of us dont have the patience to teach 14 year olds discipline. That's what their parents are for.
