Literally no one will take anyone who isn't experienced. So if you haven't done it yet and want to well sucks to be you.
BECAUSE TEXT IS HARD TO CONVEY SUBTLEY: I think this is shitty behavior for people who act this way.

Not true. Had a level 30 join us to help last night and he was seeking people to help. I will be passing it forward too.
-
If you any of you guys are 27+ and wanna learn how to run it, I'll be willing to teach you guys!
-
Comments like this are what put people off playing cus they take the fun out of the game I am sure there is always people willing to help so get over yourself
-
Just watch the videos over and over, it's pretty straight forward. Once you have it down just say you're an experienced player and join a team!
-
1 ReplyI'm a 28 Titan, haven't attempted it yet.. willing to listen and learn. ps4 xterminatorv
-
its really not hard to watch/read an explanation article on boss mechanics...
-
It's good to have at least one or two people that can explain what to do but I enjoy trying it with new people even though I haven't beaten it since the first time I tried it
-
5 RepliesYou sir are wrong. I'll help people through the raid if you are willing to listen. I find other than this forum that Destiny players are super welcoming and always looking to team up.
-
Just last night 3 experienced people helped 3 of us noobs. The community is full of those who want to help out and show you how it's done. Unfortunately, I got the centipede error a few times in the last room so I missed out on the goodies. But another experienced player took my spot to help the other 5 out.
-
22 RepliesMy group takes in new people all the time lol
-
Haven't done it yet but I have enough people I play with to do it. We just haven't got round to it yet. Tell me again about not being able to do the raid...
-
I've gotten to the end and people drop out. And I'm not in a clan. Just luck I guess lol
-
That's nice.
-
I haven't been able to do it myself but ive watched strategy guides on youtube
-
Seriously I've had such a hard time with this. I'm Lvl 27 and the only time I even attempted it, two players drop out without a word right before the Oracles. I'm experienced up to that point and totally willing to listen since that's how you learn. So if anyone can pick me up later on today so I can actually get through it it would be greatly appreciated. GT is my screen name and I'll be on around 5 EST.
-
True.....they say this: We don't want you! You haven't played it!
-
I don't think this'll be the case. Already, groups that have cleared on hard, are forming new groups to teach other folks. The community in the game is better than the whining community portrayed on the forums. Have faith...
-
I did it yesterday for the first time. It's so easy. Just listen, react and actively use call outs. We all got raid gear. Check my Titan. Raid arms and chest.
-
My group will take randoms regardless of experience.however people need to LISTEN to those of us with experience
-
I have done it and have no problem going through with people that havnt, my problem is when they dont listen and make the entire raid longer than it needs to be
-
People who are inexperienced arent the problem, its the people that are inexperienced and refuse to take direction from people that have done it before. The only people who wont take inexperienced are the elitest asshats that you probably dont want to raid with anyways...
-
The first time I did no one knew what to do. And that was the best run I've had, because it was so fun figuring it out as we went. So yeah just get 6 people who have never done it and have a good time going in blind.

Edited by MR E0S: 10/4/2014 12:02:24 AM-blam!- that dudes destinylfg.net My advice to all of you is this... I TOLD YOU SO! I 've seen this scenario play out in Guild Wars. Peoples Ego's get in the -blam!-ing way every time. 90% of the players in Destiny will not be participating in end-game content because of Bungies Stupid decisions. And by using things like destinylfg.net You only justify their laziness. Do not justify Bungies laziness by using that site. You are better off, not even attempting it... so that Bungie, can start looking at their Hidden stats... (If they even exist) and come to the conclusion that they -blam!-ed up. OR, you're better off, spaming #Gaming, like everyone else is.. that way EVERY DAY... Bungie gets to see first hand what their decision accomplished.
-
Or you did it week one with a group of randoms who all shitted out at the final boss and havent gone back in because you dont wanna go with a group or randoms
