Reading post after post and comment after comment. I've learned humanity is in trouble since the Ghosts have chosen so few true heroes. #Dinkle Bot needs a buff in A.I.

1 ReplyI've learned that about 95% of the entire human population will end up in hell and 70% of those people will deny it, saying it's just another day of work. About 15% of the ones who do realize it's hell will panic and plead to be saved. Nearly 10% will make the most of it by just doing whatever the hell they want. And just a couple will fight for the throne to rule hell how it should be. Oh, and the 5% who wont go to hell simply leads a boring life. For those who don't believe in hell however, there's a nice alternative. You're stuck on this forum forever. Posted on day 59182

The ratio of rational people to idiots is skewed in a very bad way...

3 RepliesI relearned that a forum is a tough place to sustain any measure of educated discussion. But we know that genetically, people like to verbally attack any idea when they are just a face in a crowd or make a hollow idea for a personal laugh to waste time. Not unlike how an animal, when trapped, will thrash about and yelp when it has no idea of how to break free.

I learned that the destiny community is full of sad, sad people.

Edited by slackerboi: 8/19/2014 2:49:48 AMWe forget sometimes that we can take games way too far, and way too seriously. I ask can we ever just get along and have fun? I rather just occasionally throw around light jokes and discuss aspects about the game and what I can't wait for, but the forums has a lot of hostile characters around that it many times ruins the atmosphere for the rest of the community. We don't need to fight amongst ourselves creating console wars and troll argument topics for Bungie. Nor hear about what one hates that isn't in the game all the time or, "why I cancelled my pre-order." For once I hope at least most of us can simply decide to just have fun and simply enjoy a good game for once, for all it's pros and cons.

I have learned that when you cram various species of fanboy together they fight like cats in a sack. And it is hilarious. XD

Just off the top of my head... 1) Threads demanding that people stop complaining clutter the forums just as much as complaint threads. 2) Trolls think that if they tag their trolling with "#satire" that it isn't trolling. I'll edit in more if I think of any...

That Jesus would rather be crucified again than live in these forums...
