Good? People can say many things about EA, but they have a modicum of business sense, it's doubtful they'll be going down the "Kinect and Pinball" route LucasArts laid out for the franchise towards the end.
Some decent games could result of this... With Microtransactions but still decent...

Disney is handling the social and casual side.

Then quids in, ignore the atrocities Disney spouts and let the EA games do the interesting stuff.

It could also lead to developers like DICE and Visceral making interesting games set in the universe.

Agreed, if any dev could pull off Battlefront 3 it'd be DICE... Or volition but they're not an option for EA. Plus there's Bioware, it's always possible a new RPG could be on the cards, RTS', Squad-based shooters, I know people don't like EA, but it'll be nice to get some hardcore Star Wars titles again.
