Every time I open up the game i am Disgusted by portal - I am a returning player after 2ish years. I played Destiny One since it came out and I bought Destiny 2 Deluxe Edition and I have bought every single expansion for two platforms.
Portal takes away from the magic of the game It is really hard to put a word on it but it just makes the game feel forced and like there's less freedom to do what I want to do. The Red War story, curse of osiris and Warmind that I paid for that I would love to be able to play again/show a friend has been taken from me.
I can't even use guns from past expansions Without being punished, a lot of the new guns are very fun and cool but there are also guns that I grew an attachment to that I have a lot of fun with. remove the new gun bonus.
The game has turned into something that does not embody Destiny at all. if changes are not made destiny will cease to exist. there are roblox games with 5x the number of online players. what bungie is doing is obviously not working or sustainable.

1 ReplyGreat again? It was never a great before. It was very mediocre. Bungo has always kept it at a solid 7.5/10 game. But I will give you that, I wish it was a 7.5 again.

1 ReplyI agree that portal is trash but your suggestions on fixing it are equally trash. Tier system doesn't need to be removed; everything else needs to be tiered. I'm willing to bet the reason why they can't just write a script for them all at once is the red skins they made for tier 5s that nobody uses.

Simple answer to your title: They cannot! Bungie has zero clue how to do that.

This is a live service game, things change. A lot has happened in two years. The portal has already been addressed as a bad move and could be possibly going in the future (if they don’t shut the game down first) What old guns are you referring to?

Let's be real i stopped reading when you said you wanted to play curse of osiris again.... Noone wants that or what we have now.
