I think they need to improve their measures in detecting cheating. That being said, do you know how many players get videos of people cheating and most aren't even streamers. There is one guy Lucky10P has mentioned that shows the top cheaters every week. If you used his information he finds alone, that would probably be enough to get rid of a lot then right there. Then as long as you have a good appeals process for the false positives, it will be better.

3 RepliesNo they aren't giving your money back. Yes, D2 is STILL on the downslope, and nope, they're never going to be able to stop people who are really invested in being cheating potatoes. That said, in my long experience, most people calling hacks or cheats are actually just mid and angry. I'm not going to bother weirding out and creeping through your game history etc, but more often than not "cheating," is actually lag or desync, or a skill-gap possibly combined with lag... All you can really do is report someone you think is cheating, and try try again. 👍
