Hello all. I still love this game and hope that the content coming out in June will be worth the wait. I understand the frustration around it, but request you leave it in the other posts where it is wanted. Thanks.
I'll be going over all the Dungeons, in release order, picking a favorite weapon, suggesting a roll, going over an idea for the armor set bonuses, then suggesting a catalyst (or buff) for the exotic.
DUNGEONS
Shattered Throne: I think we have had the dreaming city weapons reprised too often, so instead of them yet again, I will recommend the Season of the Deep weapons come back as they fit the Taken theme of the dungeon. I will also suggest a new origin trait since the SotD one isn't great.
Weapon: Until It's Return
Trait 1: Chain Reaction, Redirection
Trait 2: Cascade Point, discord
Origin Trait: The Cycle Continues: Defeats while this weapon is stowed partially refill this weapon's ammo from reserves. Readying this weapon with a full magazine grants a brief period (2 seconds) of increased fire rate (10%) and allows it to fire from reserves, swords have this perk trigger when readied with greater than 25 reserves and instead get a moderate damage buff for the time (20%)
2 Piece Armor: Riven's Curse: You deal more damage (10%) to taken or blighted targets, but they are more aggressive towards you.
4 Piece Armor: Transcendent Blessing: Increases the damage dealt to taken or blighted targets (to 15%) and they are no longer more aggressive towards you.
Exotic: Wish Ender: Catalyst: Disruption Break
Pit of Heresy: (while we are on the topic please reprise the moon weapons like tranquility as well, they still don't have origin traits)
Weapon: Heretic
Trait 1: Discord, Bait and Switch
Trait 2: Bipod, Cluster Bomb
Origin Trait: Thorned Munitions: Reloading after a defeat with this weapon causes the next round to poison any target damaged, dealing further damage over time.
2 Piece Armor: Ritual of Suffering: Taking damage grants stacks of Suffering each stack slightly increases your reload speed (0.1%)
4 Piece Armor: Suffering Returned: While at 100 stacks of Suffering, being critically wounded consumes 50 stacks of Suffering and poisons nearby enemies.
Exotic: Xenophage: Cascade Point and Deeper Reserves
Prophecy:
Weapon: The Last Breath
Trait 1: Demolitionist, Onslaught
Trait 2: Osmosis, Rampage
Origin Trait: Crossing over
2 Piece Armor: Polarity: While a light aligned subclass is equipped: movement speed is slightly increased, While a dark aligned Subclass is equipped, you recover from damage slightly faster. The effect granted to prismatic depends on the alignment of the equipped super.
4 Piece Armor: Increases the effect of the 2 piece bonus. Prismatic guardians now gain Both benefits.
Exotic: No Exotic: As an ode to the Ikelos weapons being the original loot from the dungeon reprise Pocket infinity (please. I'm begging)
Grasp of Avarice:
Weapon: Eyasluna
Trait 1: Firefly, Headstone
Trait 2: Corpsebloom, Rampage
Origin Trait: Chunp Change: Sustained damage with this weapon drops a Nugget of glimmer (about 5k glimmer) picking up or shooting the nugget reloads this weapon from reserves or increases charge rate on swords for a medium duration (6 seconds)
2 Piece Armor: Empty their wallet: Picking up glimmer slightly increases handling and reload speed until you die, stacks 50x. Defeated enemies drop nuggets of 10 glimmer each.
4 Piece Armor: Take their Shoes: Engrams dropped by defeating enemies are immediately sent to your inventory and replaced with exotic engrams that explode after 5 seconds or when shot.
Exotic: Ghorn: Add discord to catalyst.
Duality:
Weapon: Unforgiven
Trait 1: Destabilizing Rounds, Withering Gaze
Trait 2: Repulsor Brace, Demoralize
Origin Trait: Bitterspite is good as is.
2 Piece Armor: Jubilation From Suffering: Taking damage increases Handling until you die. stacks 25x
4 Piece Armor: Wrath from Jubilation: Being critically wounded while at 25 stacks of Jubilation grants a rapidly decaying period of extra ability damage (decays from 50% to 0% over 3 seconds)
Exotic: Heart shadow: Add a Light Light Heavy combo that consumes more ammo, but provides a 30% weaken effect.
Spire of the Watcher:
Weapon: Long Arm
Trait 1: Voltshot, Meganuera
Trait 2: Rolling storm, Redirection
Origin Trait: Tex trait kind of blows so I'll suggest a new one: Dusted: Kills with this weapon increase swap speed greatly, Multi kills with this weapon reload the weapon you swap to.
2 Piece Armor: Warmind's Prodigy: Weapon defeats have a progressively higher chance to create a warmind cell. Warmind cells can be picked up and thrown and stuck to enemies dealing kinetic damage nearby when destroyed.
4 Piece Armor: Wrath of the Warmind: Your equipped super causes Warmind Cells to gain a secondary effect.
Void: Warmind Cells are more durable, nearby enemies take 10% more damage (stacks with weaken)
Solar: Warmind Cells erupt with additional solar damage when destroyed
Arc: Warmind Cells are more durable, Shooting a warmind cell chains lightning between nearby enemies.
Stasis: Destroyed Warmind Cells create a field of stasis crystals in the explosion radius (one large one in the spot it was blown up, six small ones evenly spread along the outer radius of the explosion)
Strand: Warmind Cells are more durable, Damaging a warmind cell severs nearby enemies.
Exotic: Hierarchy of needs: make the missiles behave like they did before the buff (All 3 shot at once, better feeling tracking, every arrow shot 3 missiles) and fix the catalyst, the timer has not been refreshing like it is supposed to since edge of fate came out.
Ghosts of the Deep:
Weapon: Cold Comfort
Trait 1: Envious Assassin, Lasting impression
Trait 2: Elemental Honing, Aggregate Charge
Origin Trait: Restoration Ritual is great as is.
2 Piece Armor: Soft glow: Take less damage from Lucent Moths: Enemies killed with precision damage sometimes spawn a lucent moth that chases down an enemy.
4 Piece Armor: Nest of Light: Moths that Cannot find an enemy return to you and grant you a stack of Brooding, Picking up orbs of power also grant a stack of Brooding. When critically injured consume all stacks of Brooding (up to 8) and release a lucent moth for each stack to attack the enemy that wounded you.
Exotic: Navigator: Defeats against severed targets release unravelling projectiles.
Warlord's Ruin:
Weapon: Dragoncult Sickle
Trait 1: Attrition Orbs, Engarde
Trait 2: Chaos Reshaped, Bait and Switch
Origin Trait: Sundering is not great, I'll make a new origin trait here: Wrathful Spree. Kills with this weapon partially reload the magazine, Stacks up to 3 times (50%/100%/150%)
2 Piece Armor: No Fury: Picking Up an orb grants a stack of "Scorned" up to 9x. Hitting an enemy with a charged melee consumes 3 stacks and reloads your weapon.
4 Piece Armor: Like a lover scorned: Melees that consume Scorned deal an additional 25% damage and grant a 2x weapon surge for your held weapon for 5 seconds. Consuming more scorned stacks refreshes the surge timer and increases its value by 1.
Exotic: Buried Bloodline: Repulsor Brace added to catalyst.
Vesper's Host:
Weapon: VS Pyroelectric Propellent
Trait 1: Rolling Storm, Redirection
Trait 2: Jolting Feedback, Firefly
Origin Trait: Bray legacy is good, but I think these deserve a unique origin trait: Concussive payload: Aiming down sights for a brief period readies a projectile that detonates on impact disorienting nearby enemies.
2 Piece Armor: Lead Plating: You are more resistant to melee damage and knock back, It takes longer to fully irradiate you.
4 Piece Armor: Many strings attached: defeating an unravelled enemy with a melee attack causes them to fight for you for 30 seconds before they fully die.
Exotic: Icebreaker: Deals more damage for each Stasis crystal you are near. (6 percent each, Up to 5 crystals)
Sundered Doctrine:
Weapon: Unloved
Trait 1: 4th Times the charm, Firefly
Trait 2: Bait and Switch, Hatchling
Origin Trait: No changes needed
2 Piece Armor: Authority Defiance: You move faster while unravelled suspended or slowed and are affected for less time by these debuffs.
4 Piece Armor: Unbreakable will: You can move as if you were slowed while frozen and can aim down sights while suspended.
Exotic: Finality's Auger: No changes needed
If the post does well, I'll do this for raids too.

Wolf Pack rounds and Paracasual Shot on everything

Do you think Bungie will apply the Feat system to all RAD content? I can see a future where they T5 the RAD gear but nobody plays it. How many people are regularly playing Epic DP with Feats on? It will be interesting to see if they copy paste how it is with Equilibrium/DP. I wouldn't mind if it was more tied to the existing Challenges tbh.
