For years I have been trying to get access to my son's Bungie account. Literally every year I try to go through the process and just give up. I can tell from forums, that many many many other people have the same issue. Bungie is of no help whatsoever. I cant imagine how much money they are losing because parent cant add silver to accounts etc. I certainly will not buy Marathon until this is resolved because I need to enable chat for my son. They should 100% have actual customer support for this issue. So I'm trying again this year. I log on to my son's account and go to "permissions." A parental invite link is supposed to show up. This isn't happening. Ive tried clearing browser cache, trying different browsers, everything. Why the f**k isn't there just a link for this on the page? How do I get the link to appear? Bungie, if you are out there, please fire the person that came up with this process and fix it, NOW!
