For years I have been trying to get access to my son's Bungie account. Literally every year I try to go through the process and just give up. I can tell from forums, that many many many other people have the same issue. Bungie is of no help whatsoever. I cant imagine how much money they are losing because parent cant add silver to accounts etc. I certainly will not buy Marathon until this is resolved because I need to enable chat for my son. They should 100% have actual customer support for this issue.
So I'm trying again this year. I log on to my son's account and go to "permissions." A parental invite link is supposed to show up. This isn't happening. Ive tried clearing browser cache, trying different browsers, everything. Why the f**k isn't there just a link for this on the page? How do I get the link to appear? Bungie, if you are out there, please fire the person that came up with this process and fix it, NOW!

I've been having the same issue trying to add my son to my parental controls panel so we can actually play and chat together! This is very frustrating: buying a second copy of the game and then realizing I can't even invite him to my crew. I haven't noticed an easy way to reach out about this KWS weirdness with the invite link.
