Seasonal artifact doesn't work on Malfeasance against barrier champions, even when radiant

4 RepliesNothing to fix; Malfeaseance has intrinsic Stagger effect for Unstoppables, so other anti-Champions effects (via Artifact or other sources) are disregarded.
