Hello, (TL;DR Son hacked, we have proof if we can reclaim old account, son wrote a letter below) My son was hacked and we have been dealing with the fallout of losing his primary account. I have proof that the account is ours and recovered the initial email that was hacked but have no idea how to recover it. He has written a letter (below): My name is Matthew. I’m 11 years old and I have watched my dad play Destiny 2 for a long time. That made me play Destiny since Witch Queen but my original account got hacked. We have proof this is my account but we lost the war against the hacker. But, since then, I made a new account and I beat a lot of dungeons. I even got exotics from dungeons but I miss my original account because I had a lot of stuff there too. Bungie, I’ve played for hours and I think your game is so fun. I even play Destiny 1, it’s also fun. I want to bring my account back or bring my old stuff to my new one. I got my email back but I still can’t sign into Xbox and Bungie because the hacker changed the verification and I didn’t have two factor authentication but now I do for my new account. My new account is MattAmethyst903#9430 and my old account is MattAmethyst#4620. My dad’s account is LostAlphion#3783. Is there anything I can do to help you get my original account back?
