Graviton Spike - Rapid Hit catalyst 3/3 is bugged. Praxic Blade also Upper Hand catalyst not dropping on legendary completion.

Praxic Blade - Upper Hand catalyst: Upon completion of legendary difficulty Fire & Ice exotic quest after defeating the 2 taken knights & destroying the 2 blights at the same location the taken knights were at the Upper Hand catalyst is not dropping.
Will anything be done about these 2 new exotic weapons catalysts? Or should I simply give up on completing them?

If it was, one thing to try is doing both timed catalyst puzzles in a run - it was meant to have been fixed but there are still some people saying they're having issues with it. You can alternatively also run it with someone else and see if them doing the puzzles instead of you lets them drop.
