One of the quests in the frontier open questline that fully unlocks the lawless frontier to the player literally includes securing a kill during an invasion. I know I am a minority with this, but I play very little number of fps games, specifically because I hate fps pvp, and one of the primary reasons I enjoyed destiny 2, is because I DON'T have to. The game is kinda complete without it, and you don't really miss out if you don't go shooting at others. At least it was like that until renegades (I haven't played from day one, but been here a while now). I get the idea behind invasion and stuff, but please at least give me a way to skip this, or get around it without having to invade. (also fps pvp is very much an experience dominated type: the only way to get good at it, is to play a lot of it, meaning that players who don't - like myself - are automatically at a disadvantage. so pls don't force ppl into it)
