Cannot unlock exotic items because of strange bug
I am experiencing a strange bug where (for me) exotic chest piece (Armamentarium) is unlocked in my collection but when I focused decode it from Rahool it says I need to unlock it first. Moreover when I decrypt exotic engram for RNG it just gives me Armamentarium again and again. I have waisted around 20 exotic engrams because of this I can’t unlock new weapons and gears. This is a huge bug considering if you want to unlock exotic weapons and can’t do it because it just give you same exotic chest piece all over again.
