So imagine this, game runs smooth as butter and you’re a few days away from new content you pre-ordered and you’re super excited but that turns into frustration and disappointment as you are unable to:
Travel to any destinations, play any matchmaking ie. crucible, fire team etc, progress the rewards pass, grind the new power level reset, go to tower, visit Xur. Minor issues like incorrect ammo drops and exotics not dropping etc are the priority while you can’t even play the game.
We understand you want to look after all players that’s good, but i’d be delighted to be able to play the game while experiencing these “minor” issues, We understand it’s complex and can’t be done in hours but it’s been a week now and all we got is “looking into it” A bit more urgency and communication will go a long way here.
