Hey there, just to confirm - if you CAN enter a new name into the name box, this is proof that you do have a name change available. If you can't enter a new name into the name box at all, that means you don't - and it will say 'no name changes available'. In that case - you'll have to wait for Bungie to issue more changes, new name changes are not given out on request. If you can enter a new name change, but it is not being saved when you submit it, that means it is hitting the filter somehow. Trying to change back to a previously moderated name (a 'Guardian' default is a manual reset by Bungie due to code of conduct violation) will always get rejected, so you may have to try something else. (The 'only change once' message is not saying 'you can't change because you already did it', it's an old, obsolete message from back when we did only have one change. We received a new change fairly recently, and I know it was after your name got reset because 'Guardian' default names were replaced by 'Redacted' before that change was given out.)

    • Then you will need to wait until Bungie allows another name change
