cross save
i used to play on xbox and i cross saved all my account information to steam a few days ago and everything was working fine but today when i logged in i dont have any of my past dlc purchases anymore when i had them yesterday. on the bungie website my account says i have all my purchased dlcs on steam but when i load into the game i dont have any of them all the way back to forsaken

Did you actually purchase them on Steam or were you participating in the free access event (ends July 22nd)? The latter had an issue, but that should've been resolved a while ago - so try restarting D2 in this case. If you did actually purchase them, then try Verifying File Integrity and if that doesn't work - contact Steam support so they can look into the licenses.
