Issue with Currency Exchange at Cryptarch (Enhancement Prisms)
A problem occurred when exchanging the weekly resource limit for Enhancement Prisms. After completing the exchange and expending Enhancement Cores and Brilliance, not a single item was credited. Additionally, I am unable to claim rank rewards from Cryptarch.
Please assist in resolving the resource-related issue on my account.
