Even with 3 orb melee mods on, no matter how many enemies I kill, I will only generate 1 orb of power. Since activating another lightning surge is longer than the cool down, you get zero benefit from running more than one mod.
Is this intentional?

3 RepliesBased on a reply you made to another person, last I recall both jolt and necrotic corruption are not melee kills. No matter how many kills they get they will not benefit from heavy handed.

2 RepliesNah it's 1 orbs pers second, per instance For example, you can use it on Titan and each punch causes an orb to spawn since they're different "powered" melee's You could try this (I think) on warlock, use the snap melee, which causes a kill and makes an orb, and then it should activate an ignition from the snap, which causes another kill afterwards, and then you should have two orbs, with ember of ashes this should work better
