was wondering why the new recycled energy perk is so bad compared to wellspring, pugilist, strategist, demolisionist? it is just wellspring with extra steps, but it takes three times the activations to get an ability recharged. the solution to this is to just replace it with wellspring, or to buff it so it is better than wellspring.
