Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm if you've been completing rituals on the character that initially received the A Primer quest? If not, could you try changing to whichever of your characters initially got the quest and completing rituals on that one? This should allow you to advance the quest and thereby resolve the issue.
