Option to disable the new visuals on guardians
I don't want to see this stuff. Simply said.
The game is already flooded with particle effects. I don't want to see this stuff. I really don't care if it disables in combat. It's annoying. The buff UI needs an upgrade already before you clog my screen with annoying cosmetics.

Agreed. There is no reason for another player's cosmetic partial effect to take up 60% of my screen.

D1 died so D2 could suffer this Fortnitification. We could have had a surplus of Siva-themed ornaments and misc. cosmetics last year, but we’re getting this instead. Remember that whenever you see people using the holochips.

way to much screen pollution in destiny anymore. they also need to lower the grenade launchers fog,stasis ,void and now arc . it does nothing but block your shot ,which might be intended.

Holochips is a terrible visual and also the Psychpomp electricity is very intense. Especially if the blast was just a little bit off the ground.

Doesn’t bother me but it also doesn’t bother me if other players can toggle it off but; they might f it up and have your toggle auto toggle my setting to have me put it back on and then we have a toggle war then voip boom telesto bolts blast the screen and our tv/monitor/pc/console blows up in purple smoke. .

Fully agree. The visual clarity in this game has been atrocious in recent years, and this is only making it worse. We need multiple fx toggles on par with most other games out there.

Yes. People wanting to show off shouldn’t be literally blocking enemies from my view and getting me blasted. That pink streak trail is a problem when it’s in your view and you can’t stop people from crossing in front of you. So there is no work around. Make it a toggle. Or people will just start reporting them and it’ll become a mess.
