New Update causing my Main monitor to turn off and on again

As stated, whenever i do anything like open director, navigate menues ect my monitor turns off and on again. all graphics drivers are updated, files verified and driver caches cleared.
Radeon RX 580 series graphics card. no issues with any other game and no previous issues with destiny till todays (6/18/24) update
