Saving identity settings on account website does not work
1. Visit page
2. Change account name
3. Hit "Save settings"
Expected: settings are saved.
Actual: Nada. Doesn't even look like the page is sending a network request. The form simply does not submit.

If you have not used your one-time name change before, try switching to a different browser or the mobile app. If that doesn't work, that means part or all of what you're entering is triggering the auto-filter and cannot be used.
