Pre-order Content Still Missing

Bungie is just stealing from me. I pre-ordered Lightfall + Annual pass, but only had access to Defiance. I submitted a ticket and they applied the rest of the seasons to my account, but I have never been able to get the Rahool Drop or the Quicksilver ornament, and now I'm locked out of the new dungeon. I submitted another ticket and it was closed immediately with a canned "pre-order content can be picked up from..." reply. I don't know what to do. Bungie charges a lot for these annual expansions, and they took my money, but only gave me a fraction of the content. Please, someone from Bungie get in touch with me and make this right. Edit: The issue has mostly been resolved. I needed to submit a third support form and I now have access to the dungeon.
