New GPU driver = new problems
Destiny 2 is stuttering since I had to install a new GPU driver to play Diablo.
When SOMETHING is happening on screen (shooting fusion rifles, looking into vortex grenades,..) fps is dropping down to 35.

- GPU: Radeon 6600 XT
- driver: 23.4.3 (released 04/20/2023)
- framerate-cap: 60fps
- VSync turned on
- quality is maxed (motion blur, chr aberration turned off)
- resolution: 1920x1080
