I got 10 reactions (even after refreshing) - twitch says "Weekly reward collected" but I didn't collect anything and there was nothing in the delivery kiosk... It worked fine last week, but it didn't the week before either works... Is there an update to this issue? Thank you.

Same for me. Completed the reactions on Friday and still no rewards showing. And yes I did refresh to make sure that 10 match reactions were completed, I even checked the next day and still says go collect your rewards.
