Ur dad not leaving challenge (impossible)

Every single thing in destiny has been new at some point. Hold that L

If they made new content it would be overselling and that’s bad for business according to bungie
-
47 RepliesRemember when the BDF was trying to convince us that sunsetting wasnt just a way to resell the same content?
-
To create new content would be over-delivering, manage your expectations. Their just a 3.4 billion dollar studio. Go easy on 'em. 🙄

1 ReplyEdited by THA_3rd_GUY: 12/15/2022 3:24:07 AMWe're two weeks in. They've recycled a Raid boss, two strike bosses, and a previously vaulted patrol area that we can't go to whenever we want.

They failed when destiny 2 launched

This is why Season of the Splicer was such good fun IMO. First one I got the title for! Fresh content with little to no recycling, yum yum!
-
7 RepliesYeah. It’s possible. Just not at the $3 a month they’re charging us for seasons.
-
1 ReplyThey lost that challenge 6-7 times already while you weren't even done writing the word "challenge" in your title out.
-
6 RepliesI don't think it's reasonable to expect a developer to spend months creating assets to just throw them out after 2 weeks and never use them again. I used to, but nah, it's not fair to any dev team.
-
8 RepliesTry not to be a armchair developer challenge (impossible). Its mind boggling how many people think they know how a game works when they try to offer Bungie advice. There are limitations to software and hardware for games like this - tons of developers cut old content from their game, along with use old assets because its easier for the game to scan through a couple thousand files, instead of a couple hundred thousand, and then proceed to load in the scripts that come with that asset. Imagine if EVERY enemy and boss was unique with their own scripts running, you really think your system would survive? Get over yourself and stop giving Bungie a "helping hand". All you're doing is sounding like an entitled child who didn't get what they want for Christmas.
-
7 RepliesWell if your train got to the station five minutes early it would set an unrealistic expectation. Same concept applies!
-
2 RepliesI quit need something to fill the void though haha don't want to slip back into this game open to suggestions, d1 felt and played 100x better even when there were content droughts I stayed hoping d2 would have its own golden age but they just slowly made it destiny 1 with monthly recycling, also nerfed ghorn again when I already don't use it, I miss when it packed an EXOTIC punch.

I hope we get another Calus themed season because if this recycling content loop continues they better just recycle the good content at least
-
Sorry, but I heard it's part of the green new deal! Smh
-
6 RepliesIf they make all new content, we'd always expect all new content so they can't do that, obviously. /s
-
10 RepliesHere’s what gets me. People don’t like it that content was put into the DCV. Then when those locations return people are upset that they’re back. The story takes place in the Sol system. That’s our solar system. If you’re not paying attention but most new stuff is from whatever decides to enter our system and engage us. Or it’s technology based off of external tec.

4 RepliesYall keep whining on the same old problems that will never go away. Get over with it and play the game jesus
-
15 Repliesplayers not complaining for 5 minutes (impossible)

1 ReplyIt was genuinely fun to go back to the mars patrol space. I would rather find enjoyment in that than complain about it. Bungie forums not be negative challenge (impossible)
-
8 RepliesPleasing the community at this point is impossible.

You do comprehend that almost everything in this game is recycled in some way shape or form. Complaining about something that has been happening for years is not gonna get you anywhere
