Hey @Roue, I had the same issue with the Secret of Severed Flesh under the Miasma. Took 4 times running through the quest spawn requirements for the chest to appear, and even when it did, only the very edge of the lid was visible above the ground. Lots of chests in Throne World have been spawning almost completely underground for me for the last few months. For anyone else that lands on this page searching for answers about why there isn't a chest (like I did). My advice is check the ground very carefully, and if still nothing, try, try again until you succeed. Good luck!

Half way throught following the dude theres a mist that changes your states when following the guy right where the buffs are, if you dont interact an get the statues change ive found it doesnt give you the loot from the chest, frat not you can go back to just refollow but make sure that you get to different follow msg above your super bar
