Collections should have a static roll on all weapons so people don’t need to feel like holding onto hundreds of forsaken+ weapons that are unobtainable now simply because they can’t get another one. It is such a simple fix and im shocked it hasn’t already been implemented. I mean there isn’t even a point to the collections tab for weapons since the only things you can pull from it are sunset year 1 weapons…

I have also thought about this since forsaken came out. No idea why we can’t have a static roll. Even if it’s the worst perks. At least we can use the weapon.
-
Or maybe get rid of sunset items as they serve no purpose? Unless you really like it and don’t like the extra vault space.

I love this idea, that way we can use some more modern guns that can take mods that can be reaquired from collections that aren’t from year 1

1 ReplyI've always thought it'd be cool if the collections page saved the most recent roll of a weapon that you dismantled and let you reacquire it.

10 RepliesI made the following suggestion in another thread as a possible fix the the vault space issue: "They could fix the vault space issue if they gave us the opportunity to unlock a specific earned roll in collections, so we can always reclaim the weapon and armor with the roll we wanted to save."

This is entirely intentional, Bungie wants you to mindlessly grind meaningless "content" for -blam!- you'll use once or twice, they're never going to change.
-
Yes, the forsaken weapons that serve almost no purpose. Incase you feel like using a under pressure unrelenting on a pulse rifle
-
It won't really help...since those static rolls would be fat from the rolls you would want...kinda like how exotic armor are low tier
-
Weapon crafting IMO is going to solve this problem
-
That's exactly as complicated and data consuming as increasing our vault space which they are obviously incapable of. Most likely because of last gen consoles. They need to drop those and finally increase vault space and or make the collectionns save random rolls.

3 RepliesImagine how many millions Bungie would rake in if they charged $1 worth of silver each to "save" a favorite roll for individual weapons via collections vs. having to keep everything in your bank. Got a hunch that your hipfire/blunt execution round BXR-55 will get buffed next season? Stow it in collections and keep your most-used weapons in your bank.
