Prophecy Dungeon: Flawless twice, no triumph
I can't seem to earn the Flawless Prophecy Triumph and subsequently the Sparrow. Two flawless runs, today, and last week in a separate reset period, with witnesses (Clan party mates), and the triumph is not triggering.
