How do I block a specific player on Steam (PC)?
Sometimes I've ended up in strikes with players whose Steam nicknames are thinly-veiled [url=http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Godwin%27s_law]-godwinslaw!-[/url] references and I'd prefer to not get matched with them in the first place. Having an inappropriate nickname isn't covered in the report function. So is there a block for that? Thanks, Guardians!

2 RepliesIf you encounter individuals with a username/gamertag that is inappropriate, you can report them directly to the platform company. On Steam, you would need to view their profile, and then fill out Steam’s reporting form. Bungie cannot control the names used for platform accounts, only the platform holder companies can do that. Bungie can only deal with Bungie.net profile names, which are independent from platform names.
