Mine is doing the same I can't get to the helm or get the seasonal artifact.

I have no “battlegrounds “ for my 2nd & 3rd characters. I skipped the cinematic and backed out of the forced battleground after cinematic. Now I can’t get back to it?

This is happening to me as well. I just started playing this game right as the last season was ending and already bought the season pass. My tower map does not have the helm icon available so I can not visit it to get my seasonal artifact or continue with the season battleground events.

Hi. Here is a workaround. You need to load into Europa and watch the BL intro cinematic and complete the intro mission, close out of d2, relaunch d2, watch the s13 intro cinematics and complete the intro mission, then access the HELM.

This sounds promising, can you help me a little more? I'm kinda new and I dont know what you mean by BL intro cinematic and intro mission, which are those?

This happened to me I couldn't go to HELM but I got it to work( this will take a couple hours of work) Step 1: Create a New Character Step 2: Complete the starting mission until you can fly to other planets. Step 3: Fly to Europa Watch the cutscene. Step 4: Complete the mission given to you.( Beyond Light first mission) Step 5: After completing the mission close Destiny 2 and reopen the game. Step 6: Log back in to your 2nd Account. Step 7: A cutscene should show up(season cutscene) Step 8: It will put you into matchmaking and start a mission. Step 9: Complete the mission and collect the loot box(artifact) Step 10: The HELM should be available Fly to. Now fly to it. Step 11: Talk to the computers in the room as instructed. Install your artifact and decrypt your engram. You should get access to all the terminals like the vault and lost loot inside the HELM. Step 12: Log out and Log in to your ORIGINAL character. Step 13: Access the HELM! P.S The mission still won't be accessible to you but you will get to use the artifact and decrypt your engrams

Beyond Light. You’ll need to launch Europa, watch the cutscene and do the first mission. And then do the rest I written above.

No it never did it on it's own. I ended up launching the first battleground mission through the nessus director map.

Having the exact same issue. Did not have the artefact in season 12, no intro video, Urchin error code after the battleground. Have the ‘A Challenger Rises’ quest but cannot complete it to get the HELM. Please help, just spent £44 on the Deluxe Edition for this.

I am also having this problem. I have attached a screenshot of my Tower map and you can see there is no HELM icon despite completing the first part of the mission multiple times

Do what I wrote by creating a second character and do the workaround. After that, it should give you access on the main character according to another user.
