i preordered beyond light on ps4 got the ghost shell, emote, and emblem but it’s telling me to purchase it again seriously it’s been 2 days u needa fix it

Please double check that your purchase was successful, and reach out to the retailer you purchased the expansion from if issues persist. If you are on Playstation please keep in mind that some preorders were accidentally cancelled by the platform store, and players were contacted to resolve these cancellations over the summer.

You will need to reach out to Playstation support to verify that your DLC purchase was successful and no refunds were granted without your knowledge.

Hey give us our game or give us our money back. This is criminal and what I notice most of all is that the people that have ordered direct from Bungie that have nothing to show for it are the very people that are getting no answers and being quite rudely ignored. Yea it’s easy to say [i]hey I’m BUGHelp7, it’s not our fault PlayStation or Xbox screwed you guys over so take it up with them[/i] but now here we are, people who ordered from you all! RESPOND TO US!
