i preordered beyond light on ps4 got the ghost shell, emote, and emblem but it’s telling me to purchase it again seriously it’s been 2 days u needa fix it

Please double check that your purchase was successful, and reach out to the retailer you purchased the expansion from if issues persist. If you are on Playstation please keep in mind that some preorders were accidentally cancelled by the platform store, and players were contacted to resolve these cancellations over the summer.

You will need to reach out to Playstation support to verify that your DLC purchase was successful and no refunds were granted without your knowledge.

I’m having the same issue. I purchased the collectors edition directly from the Bungie store. I checked and was definitely charged. I have the emblem ghost shell and emote. However, I can’t access Beyond light or the season pass. I have contacted them. It’s been well over 24 hrs with no response. It shows that I own beyond light in the eververse menu. The lack of response or communication is extremely frustrating when I spent well over $200 and can’t play what I paid for.
