Hi there, Looking at your account you do not currently own any editions of Beyond Light. Please double check that your purchase was successful, and reach out to the retailer you purchased the expansion from if issues persist. If you are on Playstation please keep in mind that some preorders were accidentally cancelled by the platform store, and players were contacted to resolve these cancellations over the summer.

  • i was not contacted in any way checked all my emails for a cancellation nothing it still charged me either you guys need to refund me or give me what i bought it said i purchased it up until the release day of beyond light

  • Hey give us our game or give us our money back. This is criminal and what I notice most of all is that the people that have ordered direct from Bungie that have nothing to show for it are the very people that are getting no answers and being quite rudely ignored. Yea it’s easy to say [i]hey I’m BUGHelp7, it’s not our fault PlayStation or Xbox screwed you guys over so take it up with them[/i] but now here we are, people who ordered from you all! RESPOND TO US! TELL US BUNGIE, WHAT YOU GONNA DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT?!?!?!

  • I’m having the same issue. I purchased the collectors edition directly from the Bungie store. I checked and was definitely charged. I have the emblem ghost shell and emote. However, I can’t access Beyond light or the season pass. I have contacted them. It’s been well over 24 hrs with no response. It shows that I own beyond light in the eververse menu. The lack of response or communication is extremely frustrating when I spent well over $200 and can’t play what I paid for.

  • I know bro, I’m in the same situation as you, I paid 2 months ago directly on the bungie store, but I can’t take the variks bounties... hoping that the tomorrow’s update fixes this issue.
