I'm trying to do this quest on my third character, apparently when I played through the game entirely on 1 character but chose to make a new character, I have to redo all the Quests in what is called "New Light" hahaha anyway I can't seem to find this Enhance! quest. Is this a bug or am I missing something? It says its in the EDZ however, I can not find it. I even went to the exact quest launch location and there is nothing there to let me start this quest... So now my third character is stuck and can not complete this "New Light" quest chain :(
